SAHTE ILAç - AN OVERVIEW

Whether it is the wrong way up about the reduce aspect on the dial like many of the clock and not usual (IV/IIII,V, VI and so on) engraved from the dial. Will anyone enlighten me over it? I purchased a clock the place I locate the orientation just isn't the wrong way up from the dial and if that isn't the correct oriention I will return it.Cite Whi
